The staff on the phone were very helpful and understanding when we had an issue with our room. Plus, the location was very convenient, close to key attractions and amenities that we wanted to visit and experience. We also enjoyed the cozy and comfortable bed and pillows; we got a fantastic night's sleep.
The room was tired looking, and the curtains were missing vertical strips, plus some were off the rails. The bathroom was the worst;

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our Easter meals. , the location was great, close to shops and restaurants, and the view from the apartment was lovely.
The apartment was not very clean, and we found a few bugs and cobwebs around. Finally, the seating in the living room was not adequate for the number of people the apartment accommodates, and some of the furniture was worn and outdated.
